Order Enquiries

For questions about an existing order, include the following information in your message:

Order number
Email address used to place the order
A clear description of your enquiry
Relevant photographs or videos, where applicable

Please do not send complete payment-card details, passwords, PINs or other sensitive financial information by email, WhatsApp or through our contact form.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, email info@mirethandco.com within the return period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Include your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the request.

Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending an item back. Items sent without prior authorisation may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact info@mirethandco.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Shipping and Tracking

Tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

For delayed, missing or delivery-related enquiries, contact info@mirethandco.com and provide your order number.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Gulf Standard Time, Monday to Friday, normally begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or during UAE public holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.
