We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method or another agreed method.

12. Order Limits and Resale

Products sold through the Mireth & Co website are intended primarily for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be:

The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Prices may be displayed in UAE dirhams or another selected currency. Currency conversions displayed by the website or payment provider may be estimates and may vary from the amount charged by your bank.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties and other charges will be included or added as clearly displayed during checkout.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

14. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may:

18. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, dispatch, tracking and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Gulf Standard Time, Monday to Friday, will normally begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or during UAE public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate delivery information.

19. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and import restrictions.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, the recipient is responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • Brokerage or clearance fees
  • Required identification or documentation
  • Compliance with local import restrictions

20. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

21. Promotions and Discount Codes

22. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Where offered, gift cards and store credit:

  • May only be used through eligible Mireth & Co sales channels
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless permitted
  • Must be protected by the recipient
  • May be subject to an expiry date where legally permitted and clearly disclosed
  • May be cancelled if obtained fraudulently

Mireth & Co is not responsible for unauthorised use resulting from a customer sharing a gift-card code, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

23. Pre-Orders

Products identified as Pre-Order are not immediately available for dispatch.

Estimated availability or dispatch dates will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

Pre-order dates may change because of:

  • Production delays
  • Quality-control requirements
  • Supplier delays
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will communicate material delays and provide available options in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

24. Customer Accounts

  • It does not contain malware or harmful code
  • It does not disclose confidential or personal information without permission

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content to Mireth & Co, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate and display that content for operating, marketing and improving Mireth & Co, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms but are not required to publish or retain every submission.

26. Social Media Content

Where you tag Mireth & Co or use a campaign hashtag, we may contact you to request permission to use your content.

We will not treat the use of a tag or hashtag alone as permission to use customer content in paid advertising unless:

  • Permission has been clearly granted;
  • The relevant campaign terms state otherwise; or
  • Another valid legal basis applies.

Any approved use may be subject to separate terms communicated when permission is requested.

27. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Mireth & Co and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer contract valued below AED 50,000 to be resolved through mandatory arbitration.

41. Termination
