Return and Refund Policy
At Mireth & Co, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the conditions below.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Mireth & Co online store.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, the item must be handed over to the nominated courier or shipped using the provided instructions within 7 calendar days. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
This change-of-mind return period is offered by Mireth & Co and does not affect any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unworn, unused and unwashed

Be in its original condition
-
Have all original tags, labels and hygiene seals attached

Be returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible

Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, stains, pet hair, odours or other signs of wear

Include all parts, accessories and complimentary items supplied with the order

Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Mireth & Co reserves the right to reject a voluntary return where the item does not meet these conditions. If an item is returned in a used, damaged or unsellable condition caused after delivery, a refund may be refused or reasonably reduced where permitted by law.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return:

Items marked Sale at the time of purchase

Gift cards

Personalised or customised products
-
Sealed hygiene-sensitive products once their protective seal has been removed

Underwear, unless unworn and returned with all hygiene seals fully intact

Swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed or disturbed

Socks once their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened
-
Complimentary gifts returned without the qualifying purchased product
-
Products damaged through misuse, incorrect care, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions
These exclusions do not apply where an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.
4. Sets, Bundles and Promotional Purchases
Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set cannot normally be returned separately.
Where an order included a complimentary product, promotional gift or bundled discount, the relevant promotional item must also be returned. If it is not returned, its stated value may be deducted from the refund where this was disclosed as part of the promotion.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts, promotional codes and credits.
5. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size or colour, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us within the 14-day return period. We cannot reserve replacement stock until the original item has been received and approved.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative eligible product, store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Any price difference and applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Products sent to an address without prior authorisation may experience delays or may not be accepted.
The approved return address or courier collection instructions will be provided by our customer-care team. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless specifically instructed.
7. Return Shipping Charges
For change-of-mind returns, including returns due to size, fit, colour preference or ordering the wrong product:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Any courier collection fee will be communicated before collection

Where Mireth & Co arranges the collection, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Mireth & Co will cover reasonable return and replacement delivery costs where the product received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items. Mireth & Co is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned using a courier or delivery method not arranged by us.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact info@mirethandco.com as soon as reasonably possible. For courier-related or visible delivery damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours so that we can investigate efficiently.
Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing:

The affected area

The packaging

The shipping label, where relevant
After assessment, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
The recommended 48-hour reporting period does not remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
9. Return Inspection
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements.
We aim to complete inspections within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
You will receive an email confirming whether the return has been approved or explaining why it has not been accepted.
Mireth & Co may request additional information where reasonably required to assess a suspected defect, damage or incorrect delivery.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or technically unavailable.
Please allow:

Up to 5 business days for Mireth & Co to initiate the refund after approval
-
A further 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider
Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Mireth & Co’s control.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, cash-on-delivery charges and other non-product fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Where the entire order is cancelled or returned because it was defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, applicable original delivery charges will also be refunded where required.
11. Cash-on-Delivery Refunds
Orders originally paid through cash on delivery cannot normally be refunded in physical cash.
Approved refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be issued through one of the following methods:

Bank transfer to an account provided by the customer

Store credit

Another available electronic refund method agreed with the customer
The account details supplied must belong to the customer or an authorised recipient. Mireth & Co may request reasonable verification before processing the payment.
12. Store Credit
Where store credit is selected, it will be issued electronically after the return has been approved.
Store credit:

Can only be used on the Mireth & Co online store

Cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Cannot be transferred unless otherwise stated
-
Is subject to any expiry date clearly communicated when issued
Store credit issued as a refund for a purchase will not reduce any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
13. Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
An order may be cancelled for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. It may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Mireth & Co may cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable

A price or product-information error has occurred

Payment cannot be verified
-
Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected

Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
If Mireth & Co cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
14. Refused and Undeliverable Orders
Where an order is refused without an eligible reason, or delivery repeatedly fails because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, reasonable shipping and return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the delivery was refused because the shipment was visibly damaged, materially delayed, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant with the order.
15. International Returns
Unless otherwise confirmed by Mireth & Co, customers outside the UAE are responsible for:

Import or export duties

Taxes and handling charges

Ensuring the return reaches us safely
Customs duties and taxes paid directly to government authorities or delivery partners are generally not refundable by Mireth & Co.
International customers should use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.
16. Colour and Fit
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, device displays and lighting conditions.
Minor colour variations that do not amount to a defect or material difference from the product description will be treated as a change-of-mind return.
Customers are encouraged to review the product description and size guide before ordering. Returns due to personal fit preference remain subject to the standard return conditions.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or overrides any non-excludable rights or remedies available under the consumer-protection laws applicable to your purchase.
Where any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will apply.
