Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mireth & Co. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our online store are processed, dispatched and delivered.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Mireth & Co website.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM GST, on weekends or during UAE public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.
During collection launches, promotional periods, sales and public holidays, processing may take longer due to increased order volumes. We will communicate any material delays where reasonably possible.
2. Delivery Areas
Mireth & Co currently delivers to:
-
All serviceable locations within the United Arab Emirates
-
Selected GCC countries, where available at checkout
-
Selected international destinations, where available at checkout
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
If your location is not available at checkout, contact us at info@mirethandco.com before placing your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched.
| Destination | Estimated delivery time |
|---|---|
| Dubai | 1–3 business days |
| Other UAE emirates | 2–4 business days |
| Remote UAE areas | 3–7 business days |
| GCC countries | 4–8 business days |
| Other international destinations | 7–15 business days |
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered and selected at checkout.
Orders may take longer due to public holidays, customs clearance, courier disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Business days do not include weekends or UAE public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
-
Delivery location
-
Order value
-
Package weight and dimensions
-
Delivery speed
-
Courier availability
-
Promotional shipping offers
No additional Mireth & Co shipping charge will be applied after checkout unless the customer requests a change that results in an additional delivery cost.
Customs duties, taxes and charges imposed by international authorities or couriers are not included unless expressly stated at checkout.
5. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and eligible delivery locations.
Where a minimum order value applies:
-
The qualifying amount is calculated after discounts and promotional codes
-
Gift-card purchases may not count towards the minimum order value
-
Free shipping may not apply to remote or international locations
-
Oversized or specially handled products may be excluded
-
The available shipping option will be displayed at checkout
Mireth & Co may modify or withdraw a free-shipping promotion before an order is placed.
Changes will not affect orders already confirmed under an active free-shipping offer.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.
Orders remain subject to payment verification, stock availability and fraud-prevention checks.
If we are unable to fulfil an item, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email or message containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the courier collects the parcel.
Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking updates and responding to courier calls, emails or delivery messages.
8. Delivery Address and Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
-
Full recipient name
-
Building, villa or apartment number
-
Street and area
-
Emirate, city and country
-
Active telephone number
-
Email address
-
Any relevant delivery instructions
Mireth & Co is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the customer.
9. Address Changes
To request a change to your delivery address, contact info@mirethandco.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
An address can only be changed if the order has not been dispatched or locked for fulfilment.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier:
-
We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed
-
A redirection fee may apply
-
Redirection may delay delivery
-
Delivery to another country may not be possible
Any applicable charge will be communicated before a requested change is processed.
10. Delivery Attempts
The courier may contact the recipient before delivery and may make more than one delivery attempt, depending on the courier’s service terms.
The customer must ensure that:
-
The telephone number provided is active
-
Someone is available to receive the parcel
-
The courier can reasonably access the delivery location
-
Any necessary access instructions are provided
If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be held at a courier facility or returned to Mireth & Co.
11. Failed Deliveries
A delivery may fail where:
-
The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
-
The recipient cannot be contacted
-
Access to the delivery location is unavailable
-
The recipient repeatedly misses delivery attempts
-
Required delivery instructions were not provided
-
Required customs information was not supplied
-
The recipient refuses the parcel without an eligible reason
If an order is returned to Mireth & Co due to a failed delivery, we may offer:
-
Redelivery, subject to payment of a new delivery charge
-
Store credit
-
A refund for the eligible product value after the parcel is received and inspected
Original shipping fees, return-to-sender fees and reasonable courier charges may be deducted from the refund where the failed delivery was caused by information or actions attributable to the customer and where permitted by law.
This does not apply where a parcel was refused because it was visibly damaged, incorrect or otherwise not compliant with the order.
12. Refused Orders
Customers should not refuse a parcel solely because they have changed their mind.
Once an order has been dispatched, it should normally be accepted and returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Where a parcel is refused without an eligible reason, reasonable original shipping and return-to-sender charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
13. Cash-on-Delivery Orders
Where cash on delivery is available:
-
The complete order amount must be paid at the time of delivery
-
The courier may not carry change
-
A cash-on-delivery service fee may apply if displayed at checkout
-
The recipient may be contacted to confirm the order before dispatch
-
Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the location and order value
Repeatedly refusing or failing to accept cash-on-delivery orders may affect the customer’s eligibility to use this payment method for future purchases.
14. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be delivered in separate parcels.
This may occur where:
-
Products are fulfilled from different locations
-
One item requires additional processing
-
Parcel dimensions require separate shipments
-
Courier restrictions apply
Where an order is split, you may receive separate tracking details.
You will not be charged an additional Mireth & Co shipping fee unless the charge was clearly communicated and agreed before fulfilment.
15. Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will have an estimated dispatch date stated on the product page or during checkout.
Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the complete order may be dispatched once all items are available unless split shipping is offered.
Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality-control or transportation delays.
We will notify affected customers of material changes to the estimated dispatch date.
16. International Shipping
International delivery may be available to selected destinations displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered can legally be imported into the destination country.
Delivery times may be affected by:
-
Customs processing
-
Import restrictions
-
Local courier networks
-
Public holidays
-
Documentation requirements
-
Government inspections
Mireth & Co cannot guarantee international customs-clearance times.
17. International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
-
Import duties
-
Customs taxes
-
Value-added tax
-
Brokerage fees
-
Clearance charges
-
Other government or courier fees
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or Mireth & Co shipping fee.
The recipient is responsible for paying applicable import charges directly to the relevant authority or courier.
Mireth & Co does not control how international duties and taxes are calculated and cannot guarantee their value.
Customers should check the destination country’s import requirements before placing an order.
18. Refused International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused because the customer does not wish to pay customs duties, taxes or clearance charges, the parcel may be returned to Mireth & Co.
Any return shipping, customs, handling or courier charges may be deducted from the eligible refund where permitted by law.
A refund can only be processed after the parcel has been returned and inspected.
Mireth & Co is not responsible for parcels abandoned or destroyed by customs because the recipient failed to pay charges or provide required documentation.
19. Customs Documentation
The recipient may be required to provide identification, proof of purchase or other documentation requested by customs authorities or the courier.
Failure to provide the required information may result in the parcel being delayed, returned, abandoned or destroyed.
Mireth & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to complete customs requirements.
20. Restricted Delivery Locations
We may be unable to deliver to:
-
PO boxes
-
Military facilities
-
Restricted-access facilities
-
Freight-forwarding addresses
-
Sanctioned or legally restricted destinations
-
Locations outside the courier’s service area
Where delivery is not possible after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery address or cancellation.
21. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
-
High order volumes
-
Promotional periods
-
Public holidays
-
Customs inspections
-
Courier network disruptions
-
Severe weather
-
Transportation interruptions
-
Incorrect delivery information
-
Events outside our reasonable control
Where a material delay occurs, we will work with the courier and provide available updates.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply where an order is significantly delayed.
22. Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement beyond the estimated delivery period, contact info@mirethandco.com with your order number.
We may need to open an investigation with the courier before offering a replacement, store credit or refund.
Courier investigations may take approximately 5 to 15 business days, depending on the courier and destination.
A shipment will not be treated as lost solely because it is delayed while customs clearance or an active courier investigation is in progress.
23. Parcels Marked as Delivered
If the tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it:
-
Check with household members, reception, security or neighbours.
-
Check any designated safe delivery location.
-
Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct.
-
Contact us at info@mirethandco.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
We will request available delivery evidence and investigate the matter with the courier.
Reporting the issue within 48 hours helps us investigate promptly but does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
24. Damaged Parcels
Inspect your parcel when it is delivered.
If the packaging appears significantly damaged, you may:
-
Refuse the delivery where reasonably possible
-
Ask the courier to record the damage
-
Photograph or film the parcel before opening it
-
Contact Mireth & Co immediately
For delivered parcels, report any shipping damage to info@mirethandco.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
-
Your order number
-
Photographs of the outer packaging
-
A photograph of the shipping label
-
Photographs or video of the damaged item
-
A description of the damage
Damaged or defective items will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.
25. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, contact info@mirethandco.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the items received.
Do not wear, wash, remove the tags from or otherwise use an incorrectly supplied item.
Once the issue has been confirmed, Mireth & Co will arrange an appropriate collection, replacement or refund at no additional delivery cost to the customer.
26. Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact info@mirethandco.com as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled if it has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. It may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping or redirection fees may remain payable where fulfilment or dispatch has already occurred.
27. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered completed when the parcel is delivered to:
-
The named recipient
-
A person present at the supplied delivery address
-
A reception, concierge or security desk
-
A customer-authorised safe location
-
Another location authorised by the customer
-
A person authorised by the customer to receive the order
Where a customer instructs the courier to leave a parcel unattended, the customer accepts the additional risk associated with that instruction, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
28. Ownership and Risk
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed at the authorised delivery location.
Where an item is lost or damaged before delivery is completed, Mireth & Co will work with the courier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
29. Changes to This Policy
Mireth & Co may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to delivery services, courier arrangements, legal requirements or business operations.
The version displayed on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless a mandatory legal requirement states otherwise.
30. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
